Chester, the copper still boiler, is a very versatile boiler and easy to use.  With a whole lot of features usually only reserved for the much larger commercial boilers, Chester has all you need to set up and run almost any distillation you care for.  And taken with all the products in our delightful online shop, Chester can produce the finest pot stilled single malt whisky, brandy any way you like it, vodka through as many plates as you can fit under the roof, neutral spirt, gin in any number of interesting configurations, schnapps, ouzo, and so the list goes on.

For the most authentic look, connect the newly released Claudia, the Copper Pot Still Belly, coupled to the copper pot still neck and you’ll have yourself a great looking and superbly functional pot still that will perform for decades to come.

Add your distillation column to the copper still boiler for those purer spirits and you’ll be please to discover that the brass tri-clamp ferrule has a 104mm Ø recess that is a signature of HHH Distill products; your #1 bubble plate, or seive plate, will drop right in, no need for the 4″ copper spacer to do that job.

Set up your gin basket on the copper still boiler using the pot still belly for the most stunning configuration and the best gin.  Or set it up like your mates do it using the 4×2″ reducer, connected to a copper straight pipe, connected to the 2″ gin dephlegmator, another 4×2″ reducer, followed by the nifty gin basket. Chester, the copper still boiler, comes only in a deluxe version – anything copper can only be deluxe.  With a 4″ connection to the distillation head gear, it also has a 4″ pouring port which doubles as a sight glass, 2 x 2″ element ports, 1 x 2″ drain, 1 x 2″ pouring port (yes, you have two options for pouring), 2 x thermowells (one in the liquid area and one in the vapour area).  This goes beyond deluxe.
