Introducing the Tom Thumb Gin Pot Still, used for testing gin recipes or just making a couple of bottles at a time. You can use this on a stove and connect the condenser to the kitchen sink. Or you have it set up in a commercial test lab. Or use it for teaching.
The boiler can be 2 litre ($1200 + GST) or 5 litres capacity (($1400 + GST) and it comes with a botanicals chamber in the vapour line, an elegant 180 degree bend in /” copper, a 1″ condenser with 4 x 1/4″ tubes inside, a 1/4″ outlet, silicone tubes to connect to a water supply and a 1/4″ needle valve for flow control.
Apart from being incredibly functional and producing wicked gin from a neutral spirit, the Tom Thumb Gin Pot Still looks superb. But don’t take my word for it, get one and see what your vistors say.
