Guys, I have access to almost any IEC Ex certified electrical fitting you may need as I am now a supplier of Warom products. Here is a list of a few items that I know are useful in a distillery (pricing is excl. GST and ex factory and shipping will depend on the total order):
- IEC Ex glands. Every IEC Ex fittings needs to be wired and the entry point for the wiring is a gland so this is a very common item. I have a few in stock to fit common cable sizes and entry point threads (M20 and M25). Pricing starts at $45
- IEC Ex junction boxes single, double and triple entry. Pricing starts at $85. Each entry will need a gland as well.
- Sockets 16A and 32A. Most heating elements are plugged in and if the plug and socket are in the hazardous zone you will need them to be changed to IEC Ex certified and that is where these ones come in. Pricing starts at $275. Each socket will need a gland.
- Plugs 16 and 32A. Ditto above. Pricing starts at $150. Each socket will need a gland.
- Light fitting 2 x 18W LED. This fitting puts out a lot of light. It has brackets for mounting it and is built tough. Price is $480.
