Bottling Machine
$4,800.00 excl. tax
This bottling machine has 4 filling nozzles and an 80 litre tank with sloping base. The machine is designed to be used with a pneumatic pump (sold separately) and the air lines are routed through the pneumatic float switch which means you start the pump and leave it to its own thing. Since everthing is pneumatic, the machine can be used in a hazardous area.

Description
This bottling machine has 4 filling nozzles and an 80 litre tank with sloping base. The sloping base is not common, I have never seen one like this before which is why I redesigned it to have the sloping base. Everything drains out. I used to have to tip my machine to get the last 3 bottles-worth out, but not any more.
The bottling machine is a redesign of a standard model and one of the big improvements is adding level control. According to my calculations using AS60079.10.1 (hazardous area assessment), a bottling machine creates a hazardous area and most likely a Zone 0. What this means is that a little vaccuum filling machine is not compliant because of the electrics involved. This filling machine has a pneumatic float switch, meaning that if you connect a pneumatic pump to it, it will keep the tank full while also being compliant with hazardous area codes. The float can be adjusted; start and stop anywhere you like.
The Spirit Receiving Tank can connect directly to the bottling machine as you can see in the photo. Production is over 500 bottles per hour – putting the corks in takes longer than filling.
